My Dog's Cat ( thinks she's all that )

When Simon's dog and best friend Tyson gets a new cat, she is the center of attention and maybe for good reason. Everyone seems to like her and she seems to know it all. Simon wonders if this new cat is deserving of all this attention or is it just hype? Should he be jealous of his dog's new friend or be happy to have an addition to their family?
